## Core purpose

IPOwn organizes the early investor workflow around initial public offerings. It combines an educational directory of historical U.S. IPO references with browser-local indication drafts, readiness checks, and onchain wallet monitoring.

## Current capabilities

- Browse historical U.S.-listed IPO references.
- Prepare and remove private indication drafts stored in the current browser.
- Review wallet, identity, eligibility, funding, and disclosure readiness.
- Connect a wallet through Reown on Robinhood Chain mainnet, chain ID 4663.
- Monitor native ETH through the chain RPC.
- Request ERC-20 holdings directly from compatible wallets through ERC-7811.

- Historical company references are not live IPO offerings or live market prices.
- Draft indications are not submitted to an issuer or broker and do not reserve shares.
- Identity, eligibility, broker-dealer, custody, funding, allocation, and settlement integrations are not active.
- IPOwn does not currently process real funds or securities.
- IPOwn is not SEC-approved and does not provide legal or investment advice.
- Wallet connection is not user authentication.
